We are looking for Senior Data Architect/Modeller for our client in Toronto, ON

Job Description:
  • The Operations role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day business processes, coordinating cross-functional activities, and supporting organizational goals through effective planning and execution.
  • This position requires strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to drive efficiency and deliver results.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of operational processes, workflows, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, HR, IT, and supply chain to support organizational needs.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for productivity and cost savings.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for leadership review.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support project implementation and operational initiatives.
  • Assist with issue resolution and escalate problems to management when necessary.
  • Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and communication across departments.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 5 years of experience in operations, process management, or business administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ERP systems or workflow management tools.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Background in managing operations in a corporate, healthcare, or industrial environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
